- Pay a 30% deposit in CAD. The rest is due when you approve the proofs.
- Get proofs within 48 hours in your private client portal.
- Download final photos with a "Virtually Staged" corner label and ready-to-paste MLS remarks.
Pricing
$30 CAD per photo for 1–11 photos, $25 CAD per photo for 12 or more. 360° virtual tours and AI-narrated video reels are $50 CAD each. First-time clients save 10% with code FIRST10. HST applies.
Compliance built in
We only add movable furniture, rugs, art and décor. Walls, windows, flooring, fixtures and outside views stay exactly as photographed. Read our RECO & TRESA staging guide for details. Your brokerage remains responsible for final advertising approval.
