Why add a virtual tour?
Photos show the best angles. A tour shows how rooms connect. That helps out-of-town buyers and busy buyers shortlist homes before visiting, so your showings go to people who are already interested.
Pricing
$50 CAD per tour, added to a virtual staging order. Staging is $30 CAD per photo, or $25 CAD per photo for 12 or more. HST applies. You pay 30% when you order and the rest when you approve.

Compliance
